Young Volunteers at Heathlands Care Home
We have set up a joint project where young volunteers from Pershore Horticultural College have recently started work re-developing the gardens at Heathlands Care Home in Pershore in partnership with Age Concern.
The aim is to transform the grounds and create a sensory garden where residents can sit and enjoy the plants and also manage some raised beds which we hope to fill with fruit, vegetables and herbs.
We are always looking for more volunteers to help support the project, if you are interested please get in touch with us on 01386 554299 or email our volunteer coordinator on valj@pershorevolunteers.org
